CUSTOM TRAINING PROGRAMS
1-on-1 skill sessions built around players goals and position.
Sessions for 2–5 players — the accountability of a group, the attention of private coaching.
Dedicated coaching sessions on the mental side of the game — focus, confidence, resilience all year long.
A structured plan built around the player, designed to build the foundation that shows up when the season starts.
PHILOSOPHY
TRAIN THE FOUNDATION, NOT JUST THE SPORT
Most training jumps straight to stick skills. I start with the body. Footwork and agility are the base every elite athlete is built on ... and the off-season is when that base gets laid. Train it now, and it becomes muscle memory when it matters: in games, under fatigue, in the 3rd and 4th quarter.

FOUNDATIONAL AGILITY
The movement skills every position needs — before the stick ever comes into it.
FOOTWORK
The base layer. Faster feet, cleaner cuts, better balance in every phase of play.
POSITIONAL CONCEPTS
Game-specific IQ and skill work that takes players from good to elite at their position.
MENTAL PERFORMANCE
Confidence, focus, and composure under pressure — the part most training skips.

COACH KESS
An Oregon native, Annah Kessler played a key role in elevating early Oregon lacrosse to a competitive level, playing on one of the first elite teams from the Pacific Northwest to represent the region in the U-17 National Tournament. She continued her career as a defensive leader at the University of Redlands, where she still holds both school and NCAA DIII single-season records for Caused Turnovers and Ground Balls. After college, Annah took on the role of Head Coach at South Eugene High School (OR), helping to develop and grow the school’s early years of the women’s lacrosse program. In Utah she's held coaching roles at Skyline and Brighton HS.
As a lifelong multi-sport athlete (even a stint as an amateur boxer), Coach Kessler is passionate about health and wellness and is dedicated to sharing her knowledge and enthusiasm with developing athletes.
